Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
