Our warehouse employees will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly examined and safely secured. Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.
We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
